Resumo: The Special Interest Group F1 and AUM group is organizing a two-day online workshop to explore the impact of COVID-19 on the interaction of transport and spatial development. The workshop will consist of 2 keynote addresses and 19 short presentations.

Resumo: TransportNET is proud to host, in cooperation with Ricardo Rail and SNCB, the 7th Antwerp Rail School. The objective of the Antwerp Rail School is bringing scientific knowledge and rail practice closer together. PhD students, post-doctoral researchers, as well as business practitioners are welcome. The broad themes that are tackled include rail knowledge, rail freight, passenger rail, disruptive technologies, policy and health & safety.
O evento será realizado na Universidade de Antuérpia, Bélgica. A escola está sendo administrada em um formato híbrido: os participantes podem assistir no campus ou via transmissão ao vivo. Se as medidas corona nacionais não permitirem a frequência no campus, será realizado de forma totalmente digital.

Lee Schipper Memorial Scholarship for Sustainable Transport and Energy Efficiency
Resumo: The Schipper family and the WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities, are accepting applications for the 2021 Lee Schipper Memorial Scholarship for Sustainable Transport and Energy Efficiency. The Scholarship will award up to three extraordinary candidates a maximum of $10,000 each to advance transformative research in efficient and sustainable transport. In addition to the annual global call for two scholars, one of the scholarships will be dedicated to the support of a young researcher from the African continent.
As submissões devem ser aceitas até 15 de março de 2021.
